A strong message does more
than inspire in the moment.

It can open the door to reflection, help students see themselves in a new light, and reinforce the broader work schools are already doing to support student development.

Progress, Not Perfect

Audience: Gr. 9-12 (Also adaptable for 7-8)
Format: Assembly, Virtual, or Youth Conference Keynote

Progress, Not Perfect explores the idea that growth rarely happens under perfect conditions. Drawing on lived experience and practical insight, Aaron Caleb invites students to challenge the way they measure themselves and recognize that their present reality is not the full measure of their future. Students are encouraged to grow in awareness of their strengths, values, and choices, and to begin shaping their path forward with greater intention.
